All Oricle Hearing orders are processed within 1 business day and ship via standard tracked service. Delivery typically takes 3–6 business days within the U.S. You’ll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be modified, canceled, or rerouted. Please review all details carefully before completing your purchase. Any adjustment requests submitted after shipment will not be accommodated. The customer is required to accept delivery of the order and may initiate a return or exchange only in accordance with our official Return Policy.
