Processing Times
All orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days after your purchase is confirmed. You’ll receive an email with tracking details as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, we’ll send you a tracking link via email so you can monitor its progress. If you haven’t received tracking information within 3 business days, please reach out to us.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
If your tracking status shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your package, we recommend first contacting the carrier directly. While Oricle is not responsible for packages marked as delivered, we’ll do our best to assist. For unresolved issues, reach out to us at support@oriclehearing.com.
