What if they refuse to try them?

There is time. The return window runs 30 days from delivery, so they can wear them at home and decide. If it doesn’t work out, start the return with support and ship them back within 7 days of the label; the $4.95 processing fee comes out of the refund.

Can I order for them and ship to their address?

Yes. Enter their address at checkout and your own email; the confirmation and tracking come to you.

Will they need a smartphone?

No. None of our hearing aids use an app. Every control is on the aid itself, and they work straight out of the box.

30 days: To decide, from the day it’s delivered.
$4.95: Return processing fee, deducted from the refund.
A label from the portal: Its cost comes out of the refund; the original shipping isn’t refunded.
7 days: To ship the return back once the label is created.
Any condition: Hearing aids can be worn at home and still returned. Consumables and cleaning products must be unopened.
30 days: A manufacturing defect found within 30 days of delivery is replaced, not refunded.
