They are a better fit than the in ear model. First pair, only one worked. Replacements were shipped and they work fine. They took a little longer to get used to then the ones costing thousands. Good value for the price.

I really like them! They're more comfy & I can hear better than with the 2.0 and Pro versions. I do have to call the support number because I have a few questions. Oricle's support team is outstanding! They're very patient & answer all of my questions.

I'm still having a lot of difficulties
I'm still having a lot of difficulties. I'm hearing things I don't want to hear and not understanding people when they talk to me. A lot of feedback. Chirping whatever you call it.

I had a problem-charger and low battery life
I really liked these new hearing aides but I had a problem with the charger and low battery life on the left aide. I called Oricle support for help. I was told by this person that since did not purchase the extended warranty, they would not cover any repairs or replacement. I never heard of this extended warranty before this request for help. These hearing aides are not even 30 days old! So you’re out of luck with Oricle hearing aides if their product does not preform correctly. So I’m left with one hearing aide storing enough power and one that only lasts a couple of hours. I’m really disappointed that this company leaves their customers with a defective product and no hope of correcting the problem.

Was not thrilled with the Oricle Pro because of the feedback, but when I got the Truefit Behind the Ear version, my experience was much improved, and I’m able to adjust the mode and volume much easier as well as no echo or feedback that was experienced with the Pro model. Big difference! Much happier now🤗🦻

Much improved on the original ear buds, feedback is no longer a problem. I am having a slight problem with clarity as I find that somefrequencies are amplified more than others.Increasing volume doesn't increase clarity, particularly when watching TV and using a sound bar.

I really am impressed with this hearing aid. I did have one that I paid a lot of money. Does not hold a candle to this one. So happy I took a chance. I love it is rechargeable and requires no batteries. I usually charge mine overnight. Always ready for me, the next morning and my day starts off great.

The hearing aid is very good and lives up to all of your promises. The only thing I would recommend since I have a senior citizen with rheumatic finger and hands, I would suggest that you use a dial or a wheel in order to change the volume and the mode This would be very helpful to all of us seniors.

You couldn't be more helpful and kind I'm just so frustrated with ordering aidsand there being a problem, not with yours but others I ordered and they aren't honoring their retur / refund policy and that means I can keep spending money on aids because of their false advertising. As you know I've been waitingsince March for my nearly $ 400.00 refund they won't send me because they have SO MANY EXCUSES why I don't qualify for it although I do so sadly until I get that money on ss I have to watch my budget but if anyone who is looking for a great company and employees they need to contact Oricle because your company and staff are unbelievable!! Trust me I know great when i work with great!!! Thank you Liz 😊
