How long is the shipping time?

Your order will be delivered right to your doorstep within 3-6 business days. We offer fast, reliable shipping so you can start enjoying better hearing as soon as possible!

Can I get a refund if I don't like the product?

If you’re not delighted with your Oricle purchase, you may return it within 30 days of delivery for a refund. A $4.95 processing fee and all shipping costs will be deducted from your refund.

 

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of receipt and inspection.

 

Your bank or card issuer may take up to 10 business days to post the credit.

Where are your products from?

We are a U.S.-based company. We ship out of Los Angeles, California.

How do I track my package?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email. 

 

Simply enter this number on the carrier's site to see the latest updates on your package's journey.

Can I trust your product quality?

Yes! Our products undergo rigorous stress-testing and are developed in collaboration with frontline professionals to ensure top-notch quality.

How do I return my order?

How to start a return

 

Email support@oriclehearing.com with your order number and reason for return.

 

We’ll reply within 1 business day with the correct return address and the last calendar date by which the item must be shipped (14 days from our email).

 

Postmark and ship the item on or before that date. We recommend a trackable service; return postage is your responsibility.

 

Return requirements

 

Item must be undamaged and in its original packaging (all accessories, manuals, and inserts included).

 

Packages marked “Return to Sender” cannot be processed.

 

Refund requests made after 30 days from delivery will be refused.
